The hotel room overlooked a beautiful garden. the staff were very kind and took care of us during our 3-day stay. - the hotel is centrally located in a very quiet area. - It's located near the sea, a nearby beach, as well as good tavernas and places for swimming.

The room was perfectly clean and spacious with television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

Everything was great, amiable staff, favourable location really close to the quiet island and the clothes-optional beach and the bakery and mini market. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with amazing views. Free parking on site provided...

Beautiful view, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good bathrooms, perfect balconies, and helpful and kind owner. Convenient location with a short walk to one of the best beaches on the island and only 10 minutes from the port. Remarkable quality of the mattresses provided a good quality of sleep, giving energy to explore the island's beauty.

Lack of Wi-Fi due to island network problems. Lack of privacy in the terraces as they are placed in front of each other without shielding.

The lack of basic supplies in the room, such as coffee or kitchen utensils, was a slight inconvenience.

The rooms were hella spacious and stylish, and the beds were so comfy we didn't wanna leave. And yo, the views from our balcony were straight fire, overlooking the siiick beaches of Donoussa. Plus, the owner Loukas was the GOAT, always there to hook us up with the sickest spots on the island.

Honestly, the only thing we wished for was a dope party scene. Donoussa is chill and all, but it would've been lit if there were more clubs or bars where we could turn up and meet fellow young party animals.

Makares is my go-to place in Donoussa. Great staff and they even helped with my elderly parents. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, Outdoor dining area, Picnic area/ Tables. Can't wait for my next city trip!

We had a really pleasant stay in Makares as the place is beautiful, with a phenomenal panoramic view from the balcony. The studio is small but convenient, equipped with everything you need to cook. Loukas, the host, is a very nice and customer-friendly man. The housekeeping is excellent, and the custom-made service is a plus. There are also nice hiking paths and lovely beaches nearby.

I do recommend this hotel.
